Price, target and refill belong in the same comparison

For a per-1,000 listing, a quantity of 250 at USD 2.40 per 1,000 has a nominal service cost of USD 0.60 before any applicable account-specific adjustments. Refill is not permanent retention

Record the refill window, exclusions and permitted request process. No-refill and refill-backed services are not the same offer. A drop outside the stated coverage is not automatically eligible for a refill or refund. Delivery speed and future retention are not guaranteed.

Keep a useful test record

• Service ID and the service description at purchase.
• Exact public profile, post, video or channel URL.
• Starting metric, quantity, quoted total and order ID.
• Status history, delivered quantity and any support response.
• Real audience actions measured separately from paid counts.

Order problems and support

Confirmed failed or undelivered quantities are refunded to the panel balance after review. Unused-deposit refunds are assessed through support. Keep the order ID and payment reference, but never share a password, API key, recovery code or wallet seed phrase.
